摘　　要：柴胡温胆汤为《三因方》卷九、十温胆汤与《伤寒论》小柴胡汤合方。20世纪80年代伊始,近现代医家将本方广泛运用于神经系统、精神系统、消化系统、内分泌系统、循环系统及呼吸系统疾病,目前已取得一定成果,但在用方精准度、泛用度方面仍存在局限。吕文亮教授继承梅国强教授经验,在方证理论指导下将柴胡温胆汤的临床应用具体化、系统化为柴胡温胆汤证,使“病-证-症-理-法-方-药”层层贯通、相互对应,有助于临床辨证过程的精准化、简明化,并可极大拓充方剂的运用范围。Chaihu Wendan Decoction is a combination of Wendan Decoction described in the 9th/10th volume of Sanyin Fang and Xiaochaihu Decoction described in Shanghan Lun.From the beginning of the 1980s,this prescription had been widely used in diseases of nervous system,mental system,digestive system,endocrine system,circulatory system and respiratory system by medical masters.At present,achievements was made,but limitations in the veracity and universality of medication are still existed.Professor LYU Wenliang inherited the experience of professor MEI Guoqiang,materialized and systematized the clinical application of Chaihu Wendan Decoction under the guidance of Formula-Syndrome Relationship theory,making the“disease-syndrome-symptom-pathogenesis-principle-formula-medicines”layer by layer and corresponding to each other,which is conducive to the precision and simplification of the clinical syndrome differentiation process,and can greatly extend the applied range of Chaihu Wendan Decoction.
