摘　　要：现代医学对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的治疗缺乏有效药物及良好的治疗方案,而近年研究显示中医药治疗IPF具有良好的疗效及安全性,现代研究证实中医药治疗特发性肺纤维化具有一定疗效及优势。虽目前现代医学缺乏治疗IPF的循证医学证据,但在快速改善急性期症状等方面具有明显优势,故中西医结合治疗IPF已成为当前最佳方案。Modern medicine lacks effective drugs to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Modern studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has certain curative effects and advantages in treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.The theoretical research,clinical research and experimental research progress of TCM treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis are summarized,and the direction and purpose of in-depth research are discussed.
