摘 要:最新的罗马Ⅳ标准强调了神经胃肠病学和脑肠互动异常在肠易激综合征的发病机制中的重要性,以脑肠轴理论治疗肠易激的研究因此也受到广泛关注。西医认为脑肠互动异常与脑肠肽分泌紊乱可导致肠易激综合征腹痛,精神紧张等症状,中医上多把脑肠轴紊乱与肝郁脾虚型泄泻相关联。基于该机制研究肠易激的中西医疗法的也得到了一定的进展,同时脑肠肽的多样性与肠易激其他发病机制如肠道菌群、肠道高敏感性也存在相关性,因而基于脑肠轴治疗肠易激综合征的仍有很大空间。The latest Rome IV standard emphasizes the importance of neurogastroenterology and abnormal brain-intestine interaction in the pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome,so the research on the treatment of irritable bowel with brain-intestinal axis theory has also received extensive attention.Western medicine believes that abnormal brain-intestinal interaction and disturbance of brain-intestinal peptide secretion can lead to irritable bowel syndrome,mental tension and other symptoms.In traditional Chinese medicine,disorders of the brain-gut axis are often associated with diarrhea of liver depression and spleen deficiency.The research on irritable bowel based on this mechanism has also made some progress.At the same time,the diversity of brain-gut peptides is also related to other pathogenesis of irritable bowel,such as intestinal flora and intestinal hypersensitivity.There is still much room for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome based on the brain-gut axis.
