摘 要:为准确掌握电力系统内低压台区用户群体表码的异常偏转行为,按照拓扑结构的原始行为方式,连接表码监控模块与站控单元结构,完成用户表码异常监控系统硬件运行环境的搭建。在此基础上,对用户群体的异常信息进行多次采集,通过电力数据库调度的方式计算单一节点的实际监控量,完成用户表码异常监控系统软件运行环境的搭建。将软、硬件环境联合,实现对低压台区用户表码异常情况的监控。对比实验结果表明,与传统监控系统相比,应用所提监控系统后,低压台区用户群体的实际承压总量明显下降,表码监控元件的平均转速也由26.4转/min降低至15.2转/min,证明该系统有效实现了精准监控电力系统异常偏转行为的初衷。In order to accurately grasp the abnormal deflection behavior of the user group in the low⁃voltage platform area of the power system,according to the original behavior mode of the topology structure,the monitoring module of the meter code and the structure of the station control unit are connected to complete the construction of the hardware operation environment of the abnormal monitoring system of the user table code.On this basis,the abnormal information of the user group is collected for many times,and the actual monitoring quantity of a single node is calculated by power database scheduling,so as to complete the establishment of the software running environment of the abnormal monitoring system of user table code.The software and hardware environments are combined to monitor the abnormal situation of user table code in the low⁃voltage platform area.The experimental results show that,compared with the traditional monitoring system,the total actual pressure of the users in the low⁃voltage station area significantly decreases after the monitoring system is applied,and the average speed of the monitoring element of the meter code also decreases from 26.4 RPM to 15.2 RPM,which proves that the system effectively realizes the original intention of accurate monitoring of abnormal deflection behavior of the power system.
