摘  要:针对一种无人机小型发动机控制终端项目中转速/电压转换电路设计的需求,借鉴现有的f/V转换电路,使用OrCAD/PSpice软件工具对电路的工作原理进行了分析,推导出f/V转换电路的传递函数,使用分立元件搭建了转速/电压转换电路。考虑到转换电路可靠性的要求,使用了无缝切换的思想,实现了两套转换电路的热备用冗余,使得所设计的转换电路具有精度高、可靠性高的特点,以满足目标对象的使用要求。经过实验室的检测和实验分析,所设计的转换电路精简,转换精度和线性度都达到了预期的性能指标。Aiming at the design requirement of speed/voltage conversion circuit in a small engine control terminal project of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV),the speed/voltage conversion circuit is built drawing on the existing f/V conversion circuits,analyzing the working principle of the circuit by OrCAD/PSpice software tool,deriving the transfer function of f/V conversion circuit,and using separate components.Considering the reliability requirement of the conversion circuit,the hot standby redundancy of two sets of conversion circuits was realized using the idea of seamless switching.So the designed conversion circuit has the characteristics of high precision and high reliability,and meets the use requirements of the target object.After the laboratory test and experimental analysis,the designed conversion circuit is simplified,and the conversion accuracy and linearity have reached the expected performance index.
