摘 要:目的探讨超声引导射频消融术治疗单发甲状腺良性结节及对甲状腺转移因子-1(TTF-1)表达的影响。方法136例单发甲状腺良性结节患者随机分为观察组和对照组(n=68),两组分别在超声引导下行乙醇消融和射频消融治疗。结果观察组治疗后1、3个月的甲状腺结节体积均明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中央区、边缘区、过渡区甲状腺组织中的TTF-1阳性率均显著低于对照组,不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(8.82%vs 16.18%,P<0.05)。结论超声引导射频消融术治疗单发甲状腺良性结节能够有效缩小结节,改善结节外观,降低TTF-1表达,且不会对甲状腺功能产生明显影响。Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation(RFA)on the expression of thyroid transfer factor-1(TTF-1)in single benign thyroid nodules.Methods 136 patients with single benign thyroid nodules were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=68).Ultrasound guided ethanol ablation and radiofrequency ablation were performed in the two groups.Results The volume of thyroid nodules in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rate of TTF-1 in thyroid tissue of central region,marginal area and transitional area in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of control group(8.82%vs 16.18%,P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of single benign thyroid nodules can effectively reduce the nodules,improve the appearance of nodules,reduce the expression of TTF-1,and has no significant impact on thyroid function.
