摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下金标植入在立体定向放射治疗(SBRT)治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的价值。方法共纳入我院肝脏恶性肿瘤患者19例,其中原发性肝癌3例,继发性肝癌16例;在超声引导下植入金标,每个目标肿瘤灶植入金标3颗,共植入57颗金标,行立体定向放射治疗,评价其植入的技术成功率和安全性。结果57颗金标均植入目标位置,术中超声观察未出现针道大量出血及其他严重并发症。结论超声引导下金标植入定位准确、安全,为SBRT治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤提供了有效的帮助。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound-guided golden marker implantation in SBRT for liver malignant tumor.Methods 19 patients with liver malignant tumors,including 3 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma and 16 cases of secondary hepatic carcinoma,were implanted with golden markers under ultrasound guidance and undergoing SBRT.Each tumor was implanted with 3 gold markers,a total of 57 gold markers.Evaluate the safety and effectiveness of implantation.Results 57 gold markers have ideal location,there was no heavy needle bleeding and other serious complications observed by ultrasound.No patients had serious complications,4 patients had minor complications.Conclusions With accurate localization and less complications,Ultrasound-guided golden marker implantation can provide effective help for SBRT in the treatment of liver tumor.
