摘　　要：以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体,丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体,邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAP)与三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)为功能性交联单体,采用种子预乳化半连续法合成了丙烯酸酯交联乳液。并对其固含量、单体转化率、交联度以及乳胶膜的耐水性、热稳定性等性能进行了研究。结果表明,交联单体(DAP/TMPTA)的加入提高了乳胶膜的耐水性和热稳定性。交联单体质量分数为单体总质量分数的3%时,是乳液交联聚合的转折点,此时的乳液交联度达到最高,分别为93.53%和94.02%,其在装饰纸应用上效果最好。Using methyl methacrylate(MMA)as the hard monomer,butyl acrylate(BA)as soft monomer,diallyl phthalate(DAP)and trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA)as crosslinking monomers,the crosslinked polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized via seed pre-emulsification semi-continuous method.Latex properties of solid content,monomer conversion,cross-linking degree,and water resistance and thermal stability of latex film were studied.The results showed that the addition of crosslinking monomers(DAP/TMPTA)improved the water resistance and thermal stability of the latex film.Moreover,the crosslinking degree of emulsions reached the highest point(93.53%,and 94.02%)and it worked best on decorative paper with the 3%content of crosslinking monomers.
