摘　　要：医院的竞争力和经济实力最终取决于所掌握的知识资本存量,简称医院知识产权[1]。未来的医院的发展建设需要利用好医院自身知识产权的优势,而医院目前在知识产权保护方面还存在一些法律风险。The competitiveness and economic strength of hospitals ultimately depend on the stock of intellectual capital held,or hospitals’intellectual property.The future development and construction of hospitals needs to take advantage of hospitals’own intellectual property rights,but hospitals currently have some legal risks in intellectual property protection.
