住院患者非计划性拔管信息化管理的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨住院患者实施非计划性拔管信息化管理的效果。方法依托移动护理工作站,建立住院患者非计划性拔管信息化管理系统。对患者进行非计划性拔管风险评估和护理。比较系统应用前后非计划性拔管的发生率,患者有效约束率和管路固定合格率和护士对非计划性拔管信息化管理系统的满意度情况。结果实施系统应用后患者非计划性拔管的发生率低于系统应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施系统应用后患者有效约束率和管路固定合格率均高于系统应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士对非计划性拔管信息化管理系统满意度高。结论非计划性拔管信息化管理系统能快速筛选出高风险人群,护士可根据不同风险等级给予患者不同的护理措施,能有效降低患者非计划性拔管发生率,提高患者有效约束率和管路固定合格率;提高护士工作质量、工作效率,保障患者安全。Objective To evaluate the effects of application of informationized management system for prevention of unplanned extubation in inpatients.Methods The informationized assessment system for unplanned extubation was constructedrely on the mobile nursing workstation for inpatients.Risk assessment on unplanned extubation and nursing was conducted for patients.The incidence of unplanned extraction,effective constraint rate and qualified rate of catheters fixing were compared before and after the application of the system.Results After the application of the management system,the incidence of unplanned extraction was reduced significantly(P<0.05),the effective constraint rate and the qualified rate of catheters fixing increased significantly(P<0.05).Nurses had relatively high level of satisfaction on the system.Conclusions The risk assessment system of unplanned extubation could guide clinical nursing and screen high-risk population rapidly.Nurses could give patients different nursing measures according to different risk levels.The system could effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned extraction,increase the effective constraint rate and the qualified rate of catheters fixing.Improve the quality and efficiency of nursing work and ensure the safety of patients.
