摘 要:针对炮弹发射时瞬时高过载造成弹道修正引信中隔转件失效的问题,结合弹道修正时引信修正舵机与弹体的旋转隔离要求,采用满装球支撑方式,设计了弹道修正引信隔转平台,利用三维软件UG建立了隔转平台三维模型。根据Hertz接触理论研究得出影响隔转平台中滚珠与滚道接触最大应力的结构参数为滚珠数量、滚珠直径、径向游隙以及滚道沟曲率半径。基于动静耦合的有限元仿真方法对滚珠与滚道的结构参数进行了优化分析,获得了能够满足屈服强度要求的隔转平台优化方案。In view of the problem of the failure of the spacer in the ballistic correction fuze caused by the instantaneous high overload of the projectile launching,combined with the requirement of the rotary isolation of the steering gear and the projectile during the ballistic correction,the ballistic correction fuze isolation platform was designed based on the full ball support principle.The three-dimensional model of the isolated platform was established by using the three-dimensional software UG.According to the Hertz contact theory,the structural parameters affecting the maximum stress of the ball and the raceway in the isolation platform are the number of balls,the diameter of the ball,the radial clearance and the radius of curvature of the rolling channel.The finite element simulation method based on dynamic and static coupling was used to optimize the structural parameters of the ball and raceway,and the optimization scheme of the isolation platform that can meet the requirements of yield strength was obtained.
