摘 要:研究了起圈织物增强复合材料层合板在拉伸载荷和层间剪切载荷下的力学行为。根据起圈织物的机织工艺,建立了起圈增强复合材料层合板的单胞模型;引入周期性边界条件,建立了起圈织物复合材料层合板的数值分析模型,以Von-Mises准则和三维Hashin准则分别作为起圈织物复合材料中基体与纤维束的初始失效准则。通过与试验结果对比,验证了仿真方法的正确性,并确定了起圈织物增强复合材料的损伤过程。该复合材料的研究对于含起圈织物的高力学性能囊体材料的分析与制备具有指导意义。The mechanical behavior of the looped fabric reinforced composites under tensile load and interlaminar shear load were studied.According to the weaving process,the unit cell model of the looped fabric reinforced composites was established.Then,the numerical analysis model of the looped fabric reinforced composites was established by introducing periodic boundary conditions.The Von-Mises criterion and three-dimensional Hashin criterion were used as the first failure criterion of matrix and fiber bundle in the looped fabric reinforced composites,respectively.Finally,the correctness of the simulation method was verified by comparison with the experimental results,and the damage processes of the looped fabric reinforced composites were determined.The study of this composite material has guiding significance on the analysis and fabrication of looped fabric envelop material with high mechanical properties.
