摘 要:针对颗粒模压发射药装药点传火管的点传火过程,建立了两相流模型,预测了点传火特性参数范围,结合点传火性能模拟实验和颗粒模压发射药装药实验证明了模型的准确性。结果表明,合理的点传火特性参数范围为L 1:25~30 mm、D:4.0~5.0 mm、d:2.5~3.5 mm、S:70.65~84.78 mm 2、w i:1.5~1.7 g;特性参数为L 1=30 mm、D=5 mm、d=3 mm、S=84.78 mm 2、w i=1.5 g点传火管内最大压力的计算值与实验值误差为4.2%,应用于颗粒模压发射药装药点传火系统时点火延长时间为2.02 ms,最大负压差为6.04 MPa,点传火性能稳定。本研究所建立的模型能够较为准确地反映传火管内的压力波动,较好地指导颗粒模压发射药装药点传火系统设计。The two-phase flow model was established which described the process of ignition for Grain-molded gun propellant.The reasonable range of characteristic parameters of ignition was estimated theoretically,and the accuracy of the model was verified.Results show that the reasonable rang of characteristic parameters of ignition are L 1:25~30 mm,D:4.0~5.0 mm,d:2.5~3.5 mm,S:70.65~84.78 mm 2,w i:1.5~1.7 g.The characteristic parameters with good performance were selected for simulation and experimental verification.The calculation error of the maximum pressure in tube is more than 4.2%,ignition delay of charge is 2.02 ms,and the maximum negative pressure is 6.04 MPa.The model can accurately reflect the pressure fluctuation in the igniter,and can be used to guide the design of igniter of the Grain-molded gun propellant.
