健康中国背景下公务员体育锻炼现状调查分析

摘　　要：通过对安徽省省直厅局的651名在职公务员问卷调查,描述并分析了其业余时间参加体育锻炼的现状,总结了影响公务员参加体育锻炼的主要影响因素。结论:1)此次问卷研究的大部分公务员群体中,BMI体重指数偏胖人群的占比较高;患有高血压疾病的人群占比接近一半。2)公务员总体上静坐的时间相对较长,参加体育锻炼的人数相对较低;参加体育锻炼的人群中体育锻炼人口超过全国平均水平,每次锻炼时间达到全国体育人口锻炼标准。3)大部分公务员人群业余时间参加体育锻炼的项目以步行和跑步之类的中等强度有氧运动为主。4)大部分公务员参加业余体育锻炼的主要活动目的是为了强健体魄、减压休闲。5)体育锻炼时间的不足和相关活动的组织、场地的配套设施缺乏等等都是影响大部分公务员业余时间参加业余体育活动的主要影响因素。6)大部分公务员对体育消费资源的投入严重不足,锻炼的方式盲目性较大。Based on the questionnaire survey of 651 civil servants in Anhui Province,this paper describes and analyzes the current situation of civil servants'physical exercise in their spare time,and summarizes the main influencing factors.Conclusion:1)In most of the civil servants surveyed in this questionnaire,the proportion of overweight people with BMI and body mass index is relatively high,and nearly half of the people with hypertension diseases.2)Civil servants have a relatively long time to sit still,and the number of people who take part in physical exercise is relatively low,the number of people who take part in physical exercise exceeds the national average level,and the time of each exercise reaches the national standard of physical education population.3)Most of the civil servants take part in physical exercise in their spare time,such as walking and running.4)The main purpose of most civil servants participating in amateur physical exercise is to strengthen their physique and reduce pressure for leisure.5)The lack of physical training time,the organization of related activities and the lack of supporting facilities of venues are the main factors that affect most civil servants to participate in amateur sports activities in their spare time.6)Most of the civil servants'investment in sports consumption resources is seriously insufficient,and the way of exercise is blind.
