摘　　要：目的对HIV确证结果异常情况进行原因探究,找到影响因素,避免失误发生,从而提高工作质量。方法设定试验影响因素为试验员、仪器设备、试验试剂、试验方法、环境条件等,采用2种确证试剂(WB及RIBA),用WB试剂做了1次,用RIBA试剂做了6次,将这7次试验结果作比较,采用排除法查找原因。结果WB试剂无异常条带,RIBA试剂在5次用仪器加样的情况下有异常条带,而手工加样无异常条带。结论仪器加样针污染导致异常条带,做试验应严格控制好影响因素,包括人、机料法、环、测等影响要素,严格按规范操作,保证结果的准确。Objective To investigate the causes of abnormal condition for HIV antibody confirmation and the influence factors,so as to avoid mistakes and improve the quality of work.Methods The influencing factors of the test were set as tester,instrument,reagent,method and ambient condition.Two confirmatory reagents( WB and RIBA) were used in the test.WB was used for one time and RIBA was used for six times.The results of the above seven tests were compared with each other and the reasons were found through the elimination method.Results There were no abnormal bands with WB reagent,no abnormal bands with RIBA reagent after 5 times of instrument sampling,and no abnormal bands with manual sampling.Conclusion The anomalous strip was caused by the contamination from sampling needles of the instrument.Influence factors including human,machine,material,method,environment and measure should be dominated strictly while doing test.Test should be done strictly according to standard in order to guarantee the accuracy of the results.
