2013年-2018年平顶山市肾综合征出血热抗体检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析平顶山市肾综合征出血热实验室检测结果,探讨流行规律,为其防治提供科学依据。方法选择平顶山市各医院所送临床诊断疑似肾综合征出血热患者血清,利用胶体金免疫层析技术进行检测分析。结果2013年-2018年共检测疑似肾综合征出血热患者血清标本154份,检出阳性标本72份,阳性率为46.75%。各年份阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.740,P=0.012),其中,2017年疑似患者标本阳性率最高,为57.14%。2013年-2018年各月中,11月阳性率最高,为79.31%。不同年龄组间,阳性主要集中在40岁~、50岁~和60岁~组,与总阳性数的构成比分别为27.78%、23.61%和20.83%。在城乡2组间,阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.44,P<0.001)。不同性别间阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.883,P>0.05)。结论平顶山市肾综合征出血热阳性数有所升高,应加强监测和防控,预防其流行。Objective Current report is to evaluate the laboratory test condition of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Pingdingshan City,discuss the prevalence patterns,and provide the scientific basis for the disease prevention and control.Methods All the samples of suspected hemorrhagic fever of renal syndrome in Pingdingshan City were detected by immune colloidal gold technique.Results 154 suspected hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome cases were detected from 2013 to 2018,72 positive specimens were detected,and the positive rate was 46.75%.There was statistical significance on the differ-ence in the positive rate of the different years(χ2=14.740,P=0.012).The highest positive rate was 57.14%in 2017.The.highest positive rate in different month from 2013 to 2018 was 79.31%in November.Among the different age groups,the posi-tive groups were mainly40-,50-,60-,and the composition ratios with the total positive numbers were 27.78%,23.61%,and 20.83%,respectively.The difference of positive rate between urban and rural groups was statistically significant(χ2=21.44,P<0.001).There was no signifcant difference in the positive rate between men and women(χ2=1.883,P>0.05).Conclusion The positive number of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Pingdingshan City has increased,and it is neces-sary to strengthen monitoring and prevention in order to control its prevalence.
