摘  要:采用共沉淀法和离子交换法制备阿司匹林插层水滑石药品,通过傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱和粒径分析对所得产品进行性能表征。傅里叶变换红外分析结果表明阿司匹林制备成功,粒径分析结果显示共沉淀法制备的阿司匹林插层水滑石粒径较小且颗粒均匀。分别将2种方法制得的阿司匹林插层水滑石溶于模拟胃液和模拟肠液中,对其缓释性能进行研究,结果发现用共沉淀法制备的阿司匹林插层水滑石无论在模拟肠液还是在模拟胃液中在相同的时间间隔中都较用离子交换法制备的阿司匹林插层水滑石的释放量少。In this paper,aspirin intercalated hydrotalcites were prepared by ion exchange and coprecipitation methods.The samples were characterized by particle size analyzer and FTIR.The experiments showed that aspirin was intercalated into LDHs.Particle size analysis showed that the particle size prepared by the ion exchange method was smaller and more uniform than that prepared by coprecipitation method.And then sustained release of the intercalation hydrotalcite was studied,the results showed the sustained release performance of samples prepared by ion exchange was less than that of samples prepared by co-precipitation either in simulated intestinal or fluid in simulated gastric fluid at the same time.
