摘  要:以软木粒子为原料,磷酸为活化剂,用化学活化法制备软木活性炭。研究了活化温度、浸渍比[m(磷酸)∶m(软木)]、φ(磷酸)等不同的工艺条件对软木活性炭的w(灰分)、得率、吸附性能的影响。实验得出对活性炭吸附性能影响最大的是活化温度,其次是浸渍比和φ(磷酸)。磷酸活化软木制备活性炭的w(灰分)均低于2%,w(灰分)最小值达0.56%。采用磷酸活化制备软木活性炭较优的工艺条件为m(磷酸)∶m(软木)=2.0,φ(磷酸)=25%~35%,活化温度350~400℃。The activated carbon obtained by H 3PO 4 activation of cork and the effect of three experimental parameters on the adsorption capacity of the samples were studied.The results show that activation temperature has significant influence on adsorption performance of cork activated carbon,followed by impregnant concentration and H 3PO 4/cork weight ratio.The obvious advantage of cork activated carbon is that the ash content is very low(between 0.56%and 2.0%).Base on experiment results,the preferable technologic conditions of preparing activated carbons with cork are H 3PO 4/cork weight ratio of 2.0,a 25%~35%solution of H 3PO 4,activation temperature of 350~400℃.
