基于DEA模型的粤港澳大湾区对外贸易可持续发展效率研究

摘　　要：本文以粤港澳大湾区九市为决策单元,运用数据包络分析(DEA)中的BCC模型,评价分析2010-2016年大湾区对外贸易可持续发展效率的总体情况。研究表明,粤港澳大湾区中的深圳、佛山、东莞、中山为DEA有效,广州、珠海、惠州、江门、肇庆为非DEA有效,广州、肇庆的规模效率无效,珠海、惠州、江门纯技术效率与规模效率都无效,同时珠海、惠州、江门还存在投入冗余和产出不足。提高粤港澳大湾区九市对外贸易可持续发展效率,重点在于从自身的实际情况出发,根据自身特点制定应对措施,不断提高管理水平和技术能力。The paper,taking nine cities in GBA as the DMU,using BCC model in DEA,has analyzed and assessed the general situation on sustainable development for foreign trade in GBA from 2010 to 2016.The research proves that Shenzhen,Foshan,Dongguan and Zhongshan in GBA are effective in DEA.meanwhile Guangzhou,Zhuhai,Huizhou,Jiangmen and Zhaoqing are ineffective;Guangzhou and Zhaoqing are ineffective in scale efficiency,Zhuhai,Huizhou and Jiangmen are inefficient in pure technical and scale efficiency.At the same time,there are redundancy and insufficient output existing in Zhuhai,Huizhou and Jiangmen.Enhancing the sustainable development efficiency of foreign trade in GBA depends on taking countermeasures according to their own characteristics from the actual situation to continuously improve the management level and technical capability.
