摘　　要：5G SA的配套系统的计费系统,是整个5G SA商用成熟度的核心关键要素。为解决计费系统的平滑演进问题,文章采用纵横多维的对比分析方法,结合运营商计费方案演进实践,总结提出了5G SA计费平滑演进方案,并分析网间切换、语音、漫游、MEC及切片等场景下的计费关键技术,为运营商5G SA的计费演进提供参考。The charging system of 5G SA's subsystem is the core and key element of the commercial maturity of 5G SA.In order to solve the smooth evolution problem of the charging system,this paper introduces a multi-dimensional comparison and analysis method of both vertical and horizontal aspects.Based on the evolution practice of the operator's charging scheme,this paper summarizes the smooth evolution scheme of 5G SA changing solution,and analyzes key charging technologies in scenarios such as handover,voice,roaming,MEC and slicing,to provide a reference for operators'5G SA charging evolution.
