摘　　要：根据某码头带式输送机电气控制系统设计情况,讨论在散货码头及其堆场输送系统中,使用施耐德ATS48软启动器启动带式输送机的设计和配置。以及讨论如何降低软启动器负荷,延长软启动器使用寿命。根据码头带式输送机的启动和运行特点,在软启动器的主回路中配置了塑壳断路器,线路接触器及旁路接触器。在控制回路中设置了电源微型断路器,启动控制回路,并设置了隔离继电器和旁路继电器,以及软启动器电流检测输出回路。特别是根据软启动器实际参数,结合经济计算等,详细论述了旁路回路设置的重要性。According to the design of electrical control system of belt conveyor in a wharf,this paper discusses the design and configuration of belt conveyor started by Schneider ATS48 soft starter in bulk cargo wharf and its yard transportation system.How to reduce the load of soft starter and prolong the service life of soft starter is discussed.According to the start-up and operation characteristics of the wharf belt conveyor,a molded case circuit breaker,a line contactor and a bypass contactor were arranged in the main circuit of the soft starter.In the control circuit,a power supply miniature circuit breaker was set to start the control circuit,and an isolation relay,a bypass relay and a soft starter current detection output circuit were provided.Especially,according to the actual parameters of soft starter,combined with economic calculation,this paper discusses the importance of bypass circuit setting in detail.
