摘　　要：在对国内外散货集装箱化运输市场前景和现有装卸工艺特点进行简要分析的基础上,探索性的设计了一种新型装卸系统及设备,对其系统组成、取料装箱设备、翻转卸料设备和作业流程进行了初步设计探讨。Based on the market prospect of containerized bulk cargo transportation at home and abroad and a brief analysis of the characteristics of the existing loading and unloading technology,in this paper,a new type of loading and a unloading system and equipment were innovatively designed,and its system composition,loading and unloading equipment,turnover unloading equipment and operation flow were preliminarily designed and discussed.
