公共体育服务与养老服务业的融合发展

摘　　要：人口年龄的老化对国家的劳动力就业市场、市场供需结构、政府财政支出、公共服务等方面都会产生一系列的影响,引起经济、社会制度的变革和产业结构的调整。而养老服务业已被公认为“朝阳产业”,具有广阔的发展前景。文章对公共体育服务与养老服务融合的策略进行深入分析,加快公共体育服务与养老服务业的融合速度,以此推动养老服务的质量,为养老服务业发展提供参考。The aging of population age structure has a series of impacts on many countries and regions,such as labor market,market supply and demand structure,government financial expenditure,public services and so on,which lead to the reform of economic and social system and the adjustment of industrial structure.The pension service industry has been recognized as“sunrise industry”and has broad prospects for development.This paper will deeply analyze the strategy of public sports service and pension service,and accelerate the integration speed of public sports service and pension service,so as to promote the quality of elderly care service and provide reference for the development of pension service industry.
