“冰上丝绸之路”背景下东北地区产业承接转移问题研究——基于经济地理格局重塑视角

摘　　要：“冰上丝绸之路”建设标志着我国贸易重心和产业重心的北向转移,并对我国经济地理格局形成了重要的重塑效应。东北地区作为我国“冰上丝绸之路”连接欧洲和美洲贸易的重要支撑节点,其产业优化与升级必须嵌入到此轮经济地理格局的重塑之中。基于中欧、中美贸易格局北向转移趋势的准确把握,并充分利用变异系数法对东北地区产业承接基础进行分析,研究结果表明汽车制造、机械制造、化工、钢铁、石油加工、纺织、食品加工等12个产业是我国东北地区对接“冰上丝绸之路”建设的重点产业选择。而在此过程中,东北地区深度融入“冰上丝绸之路”国际产业分工体系,实现科学合理的产业布局,也是我国实现全面开放区域协调发展战略的重要基础和组成部分。The construction of the“Ice Silk Road”marks the northward shift of China's trade center and industrial center.As an important supporting node of China's“Ice Silk Road”linking Europe and the Americas,the northeast region's industrial optimization and upgrading must be embedded in the process of reshaping the economic geography of this round.Through in-depth analysis of the northward shift trend of Sino-European,Sino-US trade pattern,and based on the coefficient of variation method for the Northeast industry to undertake the basic analysis,automobile manufacturing,machinery manufacturing,chemicals,steel,petroleum processing,textile,food processing and other 12 industries,is the selection of key industries for the construction of the“Ice Silk Road”in Northeast China.In this process,the deep integration of the Northeast region into the international industrial division system of the“Ice Silk Road”and the realization of a scientific and rational industrial layout are also important foundations and components of China's comprehensive open regional coordinated development strategy.
