摘　　要：红色基因在革命、建设、改革开放的不同时期,以其独特的魅力和精神内核滋养保护党和家肌体的纯洁与健康。加强中国应急治理力量建设,须注重嵌入和涵养红色基因,坚持党对涵蕴红色基因的应急治理力量统领,拓展应急治理力量红色基因的谱系,锻造应急治理力量红色基因的品质,凝炼应急治理力量红色基因的时代内涵,健全应急治理力量红色基因的保障机制来着力推进。In different periods of revolution,construction,reform and opening up,red gene nourishes and protects the purity and health of the Party and the country with its unique charm and spiritual core.In order to strengthen the construction of emergency management force in China,it is necessary to pay attention to embedding and cultivating the red gene,adhere to the Party’s command of the emergency governance force containing the red gene,expand the spectrum of the red gene of the emergency governance force,forge the quality of the red gene of the emergency governance force,refine the era connotation of the red gene of the emergency governance force,and improve the guarantee mechanism of the red gene of the emergency governance force.
