摘 要:以黑麦草为供试植物,通过温室大棚实验,开展铀表土植物提铀研究。研究CaO2、黑曲霉发酵液及两者协同施用对黑麦草部分生理特性及其强化提铀能力的影响。结果表明,单独施加高剂量黑曲霉发酵液可促进黑麦草生长,但单独施加高剂量CaO2及协同施用高剂量CaO2+发酵液均对黑麦草生长有抑制。所有处理组都对黑麦草叶片可溶性蛋白积累有促进作用,其中单独施加40 mL/kg发酵液时,可溶性蛋白含量最高,比对照组相增加了511.11%。单独施加黑曲霉发酵液使黑麦草叶片SOD活性和MDA含量降低,而单独施加高剂量CaO2和协同施加高剂量CaO2+发酵液可使SOD活性和MDA含量增加。所有处理组均提高了土壤溶液铀浓度和黑麦草富铀能力,其中1 g/kg CaO2+20 mL/kg发酵液协同施用时效果最佳,黑麦草地上部分灰分中铀品位增加了622.80%,对铀的富集量提高了483.65%。Greenhouse soil culture experiments were conducted to investigate the phytoextraction of uranium from topsoil by Lolium perenne L.The effects of addition of CaO2,Aspergillus niger fermentation broth and their combination on some of physiological characteristics of Lolium perenne L.and enhancement of uranium phytoextraction were investigated.The results showed that the separate application of high dosed A.niger fermentation broth had a stimulative effect on Lolium perenne L.growth whereas the separate application of high dosed CaO2,the joint application of high dosed CaO2 and A.niger fermentation broth both gave an inhibitive effect.Furthermore,all the treatments resulted in an increased accumulation of soluble protein in Lolium perenne L.leaves,among which the separate addition of 40 mL/kg fermentation broth generated the highest content,increasing by 511.11%compared to the control.The application of A.niger fermentation alone led to the decreases in superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in Lolium perenne L.leaves,while the separate application of high dosed CaO2,joint application of high dosed CaO2 and A.niger fermentation broth both caused a reveres effect.Moreover,the uranium concentration in the soil solution and uranium phytoextraction raised in all the treatments,in which the combined application at 1 g/kg CaO2 and 20 mL/kg fermentation broth showed the best effect;uranium content in the ash of Lolium perenne L.above ground increased by 622.80%,and the total accumulation of uranium increased by 483.65%against the control.
