摘  要:为降低NOx排放浓度,对某300 MW锅炉进行了低氮燃烧器改造。改造后锅炉燃烧稳定性能变差,飞灰含碳量增加,造成锅炉热效率下降。针对改造后锅炉燃烧存在的问题,采取优化燃烧系统运行方式、合理控制磨料位、加强燃烧调整和配风优化等措施,提高了锅炉燃烧稳定性和整体热效率,确保机组环保运行。In order to reduce NOx emission concentration,a low nitrogen burner was modified for a certain 300 MW boiler.After modification,the combustion stability of the boiler becomes worse,and the carbon content of fly ash increases,which results in the decrease of boiler’s thermal efficiency.In allusion to the problems existing in the boiler combustion after modification,measures are taken to improve the combustion stability and overall thermal efficiency of the boiler,such as optimizing the operation mode of the combustion system,reasonably controlling the coal level of mills,strengthening combustion adjustment and air distribution optimization,which ensure the environmental protection operation of the unit.
