摘 要:通过双因素试验设计的方法研究植物激素(U)及激素浓度(X)对印度紫檀扦插苗生根率以及扦插苗单株生根条数的影响力强弱;进一步通过正交试验设计L 8(27)探索了插穗的木质化程度(Z)、插穗基部的下切面(A)、插穗的高度(C)以及扦插基质(B)对印度紫檀扦插苗生根百分率以及扦插苗单株生根条数的影响力大小。从试验最终结果可以看出:用600×10-6 ABT\|1#来处理印度紫檀插穗时扦插生根效果最好,平均生根百分率达75.3%、单株平均生根数达8.6条;选取印度紫檀完全木质化的硬枝(Z 2)插穗且插穗高度剪为15 cm(C2)加之基部下切面剪成双切面(A 2)最后扦插到红壤与珍珠岩体积等分1∶1的基质(B 2)中时,对印度紫檀扦插生根效果最佳,平均生根率达80.6%、单株平均生根数达9.8条。The effects of plant rooting promoter(U)and plant rooting promoter concentration(X)on rooting percentage and rooting number per plant of Pterocarpus indicus Willd cuttings were studied by two factor experimental design.The lignification degree(Z),the lower cut type(A),the length(C)and the cutting of cuttings were studied by orthogonal design L 8(27).The effect of culture medium(B)on rooting percentage and rooting number per plant of red sandalwood cuttings was studied.The results showed that the best rooting effect was obtained when the cuttings were treated with abt-1(U 1)of 600×10-6(X 2),with an average rooting percentage of 75.3%and an average rooting number of 8.6;the semi lignified green branch(Z 2)was selected as the cuttings,and the cutting length was 15cm(C 2),while the cutting type was double cutting(A 2).The results showed that the best rooting rate(B2)was 80.6%and the average rooting number was 9.8.
