摘 要:指出了高校财务管理课程不仅有较强的理论性,也有较强的实践性。因此,需要转变传统考核方式,实行开卷考试,加强对学生学习过程的考核。经过改革试点,充分调动了学生平时学习的积极性,学习效果有了提高,进一步树立了学生的财务管理价值观念,培养了学生的自主学习能力。但存在着学生对课程的重视程度不够,对重在平时考核的办法有抵触情绪,课程总评成绩结构比例不太合理等问题,为此,提出了在以后的教学中采取相应措施加以解决。Financial management courses in colleges and universities are not only theoretical,but also practical.Therefore,it is necessary to change the traditional assessment methods,implement open book examinations and strengthen the assessment of students'learning process.After the reform and experimentation,the students'enthusiasm for learning has been fully mobilized;the learning effect has been improved;the students'financial management value has been further established,and the students'autonomous learning ability has been cultivated.However,there are some problems,such as insufficient attention to the course,resistance to the usual assessment methods and unreasonable proportion of the total score structure of the course.Measures should be taken to solve them in future teaching.
