摘　　要：传统地缘政治学作为西方国家国际关系的指导理论,给西方国家带来全球霸权的同时也给发展中国家带来了动荡与贫困,造成了世界权力分配和经济发展的不平衡,使世界在面临传统安全威胁的同时,还面临地区冲突、极端主义、恐怖主义和贫富不均等新的全球问题。交通、互联网和信息全球化已经将世界紧密联系成一个命运共同体。为维护世界的和平与发展,必须摒弃西方传统地缘政治理论,摒弃对抗、战争、零和博弈的观念,发展区域合作和全球合作,在国际关系中构建“共商、共建、共享”的人类命运共同体,以解决西方传统地缘政治理论造成的全球问题。As the guiding theory of international relations of the Western countries,Western traditional geopolitics has brought global hegemony to the Western countries and turmoil and poverty to the developing countries at the same time,and caused imbalance in the distribution of world rights and economic development,which makes the world face not only traditional security threats,but also new non-traditional security,such as regional conflicts,extremism,terrorism and inequality.China believes that in order to maintain world peace and development,it is necessary to abandon the Western traditional geopolitical theory,break away from the controlling,confrontation and war,develop the regional and global cooperation,and build a community of human destiny of“co-consultation,co-construction and co-sharing”in international relations in order to solve the global problems arising from the traditional Western geopolitical theory.
