中国对外直接投资逆向绿色创新价值链外溢效应研究

摘　　要：采用中国2004~2016年省级层面数据,选择门槛回归技术分析了对外直接投资(OFDI)逆向绿色创新价值链外溢效应。研究发现:OFDI显著提升了中国区域绿色技术研发效率和绿色成果转化效率,且对前者的促进作用大于后者;OFDI对中国区域绿色创新效率的影响具有非线性特征,在绿色技术研发阶段和绿色成果转化阶段分别呈现正向边际效率递减和正向“U”型的门槛特征;OFDI逆向绿色创新价值链外溢效应存在区域异质性,东、西部地区在绿色技术研发阶段分别呈现负向边际效率递减和正向倒“U”型特征,在绿色成果转化阶段分别呈现“U”型和正向倒“N”型特征,中部地区绿色创新价值链溢出均不显著。This paper studies the reverse value chain spillover effects of OFDI(Outward Foreign Direct Investment)on green innovation efficiency in China.The study uses the threshold regression technique based on provincial data of China from 2004 to 2016.The current findings show that OFDI significantly improves China’s green technology research and development efficiency and green achievement transformation efficiency,and its promoting effect on the former is greater than that of the latter.OFDI has a nonlinear impact on China’s regional green innovation efficiency,showing positive diminishing marginal efficiency in the stage of green technology research and development,and positive U-shape in the transformation of green achievements.OFDI’s impact on green innovation efficiency is characterized by regional heterogeneity,showing negative diminishing marginal efficiency in the east region and positive inverted“U”figure in the west in green technology research and development,U-shape in the east and an inverted N-shape in the west in the transfor mation of green achievements.It has little effect in the middle region in both stages.
