摘 要:在基层公安派出所的运转中,无论是日常工作还是专项行动,都充斥着各类数字任务要求。派出所承受的压力内容并不完全与其职责设置相对应,压力焦点集中在刑事案件和治安案件数量等容易被量化的指标上,而难以量化的长期性、预防性、服务型工作被逐步边缘化。以数字任务为核心的压力传导方式使压力耗散更加明显,亦使压力焦点逐步转移。而为了应对此种数字任务压力,民警在工作中逐渐形成了多种策略,产生了派出所“数字文化”和“抗压文化”。受其影响,民警对数字任务的关注降低,出现了既深陷其中又冷漠疏离的现象。In the operation of grass-roots police stations,either in routine work or special tasks,there are digital requirements of all kinds.The pressure that the public security stations are subject does not often match with their responsibilities.The maximum pressure comes from the number of criminal and security cases which are easily quantified.while the long-term,preventive and service-oriented tasks they perform are often marginalized.The pressure that comes from digital tasks further amplifies the pressure and shifts its focus.To cope with such pressure,the police have developed numerous strategies which they call“digital culture”and“pressure-shedding culture”.As a result,they pay less attention to digital tasks,becoming detached from them,though at the same time they are deeply involved in them.
