摘　　要：PVB夹层玻璃封边时的密封胶选型很重要,通过试验考察了酸性、碱性、中性RTV硅酮胶封边对PVB夹层玻璃耐辐照、耐热性的影响,发现宜选用中性RTV硅酮胶封边。进一步研究了封边间隙、涂胶量、玻璃结构类型、玻璃表面洁净度、环境条件和PVB中间膜边缘含水率对中性RTV硅酮胶封边的PVB夹层玻璃耐候性的影响,结果表明,要确保PVB夹层玻璃的耐候性合格,玻璃基材表面必须干净干燥,合理控制涂胶量和PVB中间膜的含水率,并使密封胶与玻璃之间粘结完全,避免水汽进入夹层玻璃。Sealant selection is very important for the edge banding of PVB sandwich glass.Through experiments,the article studies the influence of acidic,alkaline and neutral RTV silicone sealant banding on the radiation and heat resistance of the PVB sandwich glass,and finds out neutral RTV silicone sealant is suitable for this purpose.The paper further studies the influence of edge banding gap,sealant application quantity,glass structure type,cleanliness of glass surface,environmental conditions and moisture content of PVB mid-film edge on the weathering resistance of PVB sandwich glass sealed by neutral RTV silicone sealant.Results show:to ensure qualified weathering resistance of PVB sandwich glass,the surface of glass substrate must be dry and clean,the sealant applying quantity and moisture content of PVB mid-film should be reasonable,and the sealant should be fully adhered to the glass avoiding moisture's entry into the sandwich glass.
