摘　　要：针对钢结构建筑中常出现的彩钢板屋面渗漏水现象,分析渗漏原因并提出合理的解决方案。首先,对彩钢板的定义、性能特点及发展趋势进行了简单介绍;其次,从设计因素、材料特性、施工要点三方面对造成彩钢屋面渗漏的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的措施;最后,以宁夏某轮胎公司10万t钢丝生产线钢结构厂房工程为例,分析施工前期出现的屋面渗漏原因并采取相应的补救措施,以确保后期工程质量。With regards to the common leakage of colored steel sheet roof of steel structural buildings,the article analyzes the leakage causes and puts forward reasonable solutions.First of all,it gives a brief introduction on the definition,performance characteristics and development trend of colored steel sheet;secondly,it analyzes the leakage causes from the aspects of design factors,material characteristics and construction key points,and comes up with corresponding solutions;finally,taking the steel structural plant for 100000 t capacity steel wire production line of some tire company in Ningxia as an example,the paper analyzes the leakage causes of earlier construction stage and proper remedial measures are adopted to guarantee the construction quality of later stage.
