细支卷烟烟支物理指标相关性分析

摘　　要：为探索细支卷烟卷包生产过程中需重点控制的烟支物理指标,选取黄山A牌号细支卷烟,分析烟支重量、烟支通风率与烟支吸阻、烟支硬度的相关性。结果表明:针对黄山A牌号细支卷烟,烟支重量对烟支吸阻的影响程度较大,烟支重量对烟支吸阻的影响度约为18.7 Pa/(1 mg/支烟支重量);在烟支通风率技术标准范围内,烟支通风率对烟支吸阻的影响较小,影响度约为6.4 Pa/(1%通风率)。因此,细支卷烟卷包生产过程中,在保证烟支通风率符合技术标准要求下,需重点关注烟支重量的符合性。In order to explore the key control physical indicators of slim cigarette in the process of cigarette roll and packet production,select huangshan grade A slim cigarette.The correlation between the smoke weight,smoke ventilation rate,smoke resistance and smoke hardness is analyzed.The results show that the influence of cigarette weight on cigarette drag is great.The influence of cigarette weight on cigarette drag is about 18.7 pa/(1 mg/cigarette weight).In the technical standard range of ventilation rate of smoke,the influence of ventilation rate of smoke on absorption resistance of smoke is small.The influence degree is about 6.4 pa/1%ventilation rate.Therefore,in the process of the production of cigarette rolls and packs,it is necessary to focus on the compliance of cigarette weight to ensure that the ventilation rate of cigarette is in line with the technical standards.
