摘　　要：目的探讨术前1天美蓝染色在耳前瘘管摘除术中的临床应用。方法收集高安市人民医院2015年1月~2019年6月收治的133例耳前瘘管患者作为研究对象,所有患者均为非炎症期,耳前瘘管伴感染均在完全控制感染2周后。按照随机数字表法分为观察组(67例)与对照组(66例),观察组采用术前1天美蓝染色后行耳前瘘管摘除术,对照组采用术时美蓝染色行耳前瘘管摘除术。术后均随访6个月以上,比较两组术后切口愈合、瘘管残留复发情况及并发症发生情况及患者的满意度。结果观察组切口均一期愈合,术后无复发;术后创口较大耳前瘢痕2例,并发症总发生率为2.98%;患者满意度为97.01%。对照组术后有6例瘘管残留复发,复发率为9.09%,经二次手术后愈合良好;术后创口较大瘢痕9例,感染2例,并发症总发生率为16.67%;患者满意度为83.33%。观察组患者术后切口愈合率、满意度高于对照组,复发率、并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前1天美蓝染色后行耳前瘘管摘除术具有创伤小、并发症少的优点,有利于完整摘除瘘管病灶,降低复发率,提升患者的满意程度。Objective To investigate the clinical application of Methylene Blue staining in preauricular fistula removal.Methods A collection of 133 patients with preauricular fistula admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were in the non-inflammatory period,and the preauricular fistula with infection was completely controlled after 2 weeks of infection.The patients with preauricular fistula and infection were divided into observation group(67 cases)and control group(66 cases)by random number table method.The observation group received Methylene Blue staining one day before the operation and the control group received Methylene Blue staining before the ear fistula removal.All patients were followed up for more than 6 months after operation,and the wound healing,residual fistula recurrence,complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incisions in the observation group healed at first stage without recurrence after the operation.There were 2 cases with large preauricular scars after operation,and the total incidence of complications was 2.98%;the patient satisfaction rate was 97.01%.In the control group,there were 6 cases of residual fistula recurrence after the operation,the recurrence rate was 9.09%,and the healing was good after the second operation;9 cases had large scars after operation,2 cases were infected,and the total incidence of complications was 16.67%;patient satisfaction was 83.33%.The postoperative incision healing rate and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the recurrence rate and the total incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preauricular fistula removal after Methylene Blue staining 1 day before surgery has the advantages of less trauma and fewer complications,which is beneficial to complete removal of fistula lesions,reduces recurrence rate,and improve
