摘　　要：目的分析连续无创血压监测在老年手术患者中的应用价值。方法选取宜春市人民医院2018年2月~2020年2月收治的80例老年手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。观察组手术过程中实施连续无创血压监测,对照组手术过程中实施传统有创动脉连续测压。比较两组患者舒适性、血压、术后并发症、住院费用及住院时间。结果两组术中舒张压、收缩压及平均动脉压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后1 h舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后急性心肌损伤、术后谵妄发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续无创血压监测监测参数全面,具有无创性,用于老年全麻手术患者术中效果理想。Objective To analyze the application value of continuous noninvasive blood pressure monitoring in elderly surgical patients.Methods A total of eighty elderly patients undergoing surgery in Yichun People′s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The patients in observation group accepted continuous non-invasive blood pressure monitoring measurement;the patients in control group received traditional non-invasive invasive arterial continuous pressure measurement.The comfort,blood pressure,postoperative complications,hospitalization cost and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results Intraoperative diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were not statistically different between the two groups(P>0.05);the comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 1 h after surgery,and the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative acute myocardial injury and postoperative delirium in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,and the cost of hospitalization in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive blood pressure monitoring has comprehensive monitoring parameters,and it is non-invasive,which is ideal for elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery.
