摘　　要：目的探讨动态心电图结合运动平板试验在冠心病诊断中的实施意义。方法选取赣州市人民医院2018年3月~2019年7月收治的疑似冠心病患者50例为研究对象,分别为患者进行动态心电图检查和动态心电图结合运动平板试验,分析两种不同诊断方式的效果。结果联合检测的诊断结果为真阳性45例,动态心电图检查的诊断真阳性40例。联合检查时诊断符合率和灵敏度高于动态心电图检查,漏诊率低于动态心电图检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态心电图结合运动平板试验对冠心病的诊断具有符合率和灵敏度高的特点,有较高临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the significance of Holter combined with exercise plate test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 50 patients suspected with coronary heart disease admitted to Ganzhou People′s Hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were selected as subjects for the study.Holter and Holter combined with treadmill exercise test were respectively performed for patients to analyze the effects of two different diagnostic methods.Results The true positive of diagnosis result of the combined test was 45 cases,and the true positive diagnosis of Holter was 40 cases.The diagnostic coincidence rate and sensitivity of the combined examination were higher than those of Holter,and the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of Holter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holter combined with treadmill exercise test has the characteristics of high coincidence rate and sensitivity in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,and has high clinical application value.
