摘　　要：布商精神赋能纺都治理共同体,护航纺都未来发展。在新时代背景下,纺都治理共同体建设面临人民日益增长的美好生活需要,产业生产格局和区域化市场格局调整以及科技人才核心要素崛起等重大挑战。建构“共商、共治、共建、共享”的纺都治理共同体有其必要性和现实性。从布商精神中汲取理念基础;以“一带一路”倡议下的“丝路柯桥”发展思路为战略依托;以“区域一体化”背景下的“融杭联甬接沪”策略为政策选择构建纺都治理共同体模型,并提出建立多元主体参与的政务共商机制、“云数据”的全网共治机制、产教深度融合的共建机制和全员普惠的成果共享机制的对策建议。The spirit of cloth merchants empowers the textile capital to govern the community to protect the development of textile capital.In the context of the new era,the construction of textile capital governance community is faced with the people s growing needs for a better life,adjustment of industrial production pattern,regional market pattern and the rise of core elements of scientific and technological talents.Textile Capital Governance Community has its own strategic background and design:it is based on the idea of the spirit of cloth merchants;it has the development idea of“Silk Road Keqiao”under“the belt and road initiative”as strategic support;it takes the strategy of“Connecting Hangzhou,Ningbo and Shanghai”as the policy choice under the background of“regional integration”;it aims to establish a government affairs consultation mechanism with multi-subject participation,network-wide Co-governance Mechanism of“Cloud Data”,a systematic co-construction mechanism of deep integration of production and education and an achievement sharing mechanism for all employees.The research believes that it is necessary and realistic to construct the“four-in-one”community of“co-management,co-governance,co-construction and sharing”,and puts forward suggestions on the construction of social governance community in textile capital.
