有机次磷酸盐/PVA纳米纤维原位增强薄膜的制备及表征

摘  要:为了进一步提高聚乙烯醇力学性能、阻燃性能和热学稳定性,采用静电纺丝技术制备含有阻燃剂的聚乙烯醇纤维,并通过原位增强的方法使聚乙烯醇薄膜性能增加。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其进行形貌观察,呈现纳米纤维状态,用极限氧指数标准评价材料的燃烧性能,通过热重分析仪分析材料的热学性能,用万能拉伸试验机和紫外可见光分光光度计分别检测复合材料的力学性能和光学透射率。结果显示纯PVA薄膜极限氧指数19%,复合薄膜极限氧指数值可达27.3%,其阻燃性能提高;断裂伸长率可达274.8%,力学性能提高;分解温度可达483℃,相较于纯PVA薄膜分解温度大幅提高,表明其热稳定性能提高。In order to improve the mechanical properties,flame retardancy and thermal stability of the polyvinyl alcohol,the electrostatic spinning technology was used to prepare the polyvinyl alcohol fiber containing flame retardant.And the performance of polyvinyl alcohol films was increased by in-situ reinforcement.The morphology of the material was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The combustion properties of the material were evaluated by oxygen index standards.The thermal properties of the material were analyzed by thermogravimetric analyzer.The ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and universal tensile testing machine were used to detect the mechanical properties and optical transmission of the composites,respectively.The results show that the limit oxygen index(LOI)value of pure PVA film could achieve 19%,and the LOI of composites film could achieve 27.3%.The elongation at break is 274.8%,which means the mechanical properties has been improved.The decomposition temperature of PVA/ADP in situ enhanced film is 483℃,it is higher than pure PVA film.The results show that the thermal stability has improved.
