摘 要:采用溶液浇铸法制备不同比例的热塑性聚氨酯/二氧化硅气凝胶(TPU/SA)的固态聚合物电解质(SPE)。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)和X-射线衍射(XRD)对含热塑性聚氨酯/二氧化硅气凝胶的固态聚合物电解质(TPU/SA-SPE)进行结构分析和形貌观察,用电子拉力机进行力学性能测试,热重(TG)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)进行热力学分析,电化学阻抗谱(EIS)进行电化学性能测试。结果表明,含8%SA的TPU/SA-SPE综合性能最好,电导率在100℃时能达到7.6×10^-5 S/cm;将8%SA的TPU/SA-SPE装配成全固态锂离子电池,对其电池性能进行测试。结果表明,在0.2 C时电池比容量达到了161 mAh/g,并且在不同库伦倍率下也表现出稳定的循环性能,能够满足正常使用。Solid polymer electrolytes(SPE)with different proportions of thermoplastic polyurethane/silica aerogel(TPU/SA)were prepared by solution casting.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to analyze the structure and morphology of the solid polymer electrolyte containing thermoplastic polyurethane/silica aerogel(TPU/SA-SPE).Electronic tensile machine was used for mechanical performance test,thermogravimetry(TG)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)were used for thermodynamic analysis and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)was used for electrochemical performance test.The results show that TPU/SA-SPE containing 8%of SA has the best comprehensive performance,and the electrical conductivity can reach 7.6×10^-5 S/cm at 100℃.The TPU/SA-SPE containing 8%of SA is assembled into an all-solid-state lithium ion battery,and the performance of the battery is tested.The results show that the specific capacity of the battery reaches 161 mAh/g at 0.2 C,and it also exhibits stable cycling performance under different coulomb ratios,which can meet normal use.
