注塑条件对聚芳醚腈IPEN-1-10拉伸性能的影响

摘　　要：不同的注塑条件对聚芳醚腈拉伸性能影响较大,通过对聚芳醚腈拉伸性能的测试,确定聚芳醚腈的最佳注塑条件为模具温度85℃、保压时间60 s、注射速度45 mm/s、注射压力80 MPa。Different injection molding conditions had great influences on the tensile properties of polyaryl ether nitrile.The best injection conditions for polyaryl ether nitrile were determined by the tensile properties test of polyaryl ether nitrile.The mold temperature was 85℃,the holding time was 60 s,the injection speed was 45 mm/s and the injection pressure was 80 MPa.
