摘 要:翘曲变形、缩痕及顶出时的体积收缩率作为注塑成型产品的重要质量指标,除受工艺参数的影响之外,纤维参数也对这些质量指标有重要的影响。以碳纤维复合材料保险杠这种大型薄壁件作为研究对象,设置了熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力、保压时间及纤维含量等设计参数,然后以田口实验法为基础,利用方差分析法和信噪比分析法对注塑成型工艺进行田口优化,并得到各参数对优化目标的影响程度。结果表明,保压时间和纤维参数对塑件的质量指标均有较为显著的影响,而注塑压力的影响程度很低。最终得到的最优的设计参数组合为:熔体温度220℃,模具温度43℃,注射压力97 MPa,保压时间12 s,纤维含量40%。Warpage,shrinkage marks and volume shrinkage during ejection were important quality indicators for injection molded products.In addition to being affected by process parameters,fiber parameters also had an important impact on these quality indicators.Taking carbon fiber composite bumper,which was a large thin-walled part,as the research object,the design parameters,such as,melt temperature,mold temperature,holding pressure,holding time and fiber content were set.Then the Taguchi experiment method was used as the basis and the variance was used.The analysis method and the signal-to-noise ratio analysis method optimized Taguchi’s injection molding process and obtained the degree of influence of each parameter on the optimization goal.The results show that the holding pressure time and fiber parameters have significant effects on the quality index of the plastic parts,while the influence of the injection pressure is very low.Finally,when the melt temperature is 220℃,mold temperature is 43℃,injection pressure is 97 MPa,holding time is 12 s and fiber content is 40%,the optimal design could be obtained.
