摘  要:为了提高水性聚氨酯(WPU)涂层在氯环境中对Q235钢的防腐性能,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚丙二醇2000(PPG2000)、有机蒙脱土(OMMT)和绿色缓蚀剂等为主要原料合成了OMMT/缓蚀剂复合改性WPU乳液。通过电化学测试发现,随着OMMT的加入,WPU的电化学性能有显著提升,当质量分数为3%时最佳;而三元缓蚀剂(吐温40、植酸、L-组氨酸)的加入对WPU的电化性能并没有较大影响。进一步研究发现三元缓蚀剂/OMMT复合改性WPU的电化学参数均优于两种物质对WPU的单一改性,说明二者之间可能存在一定的协同作用。In order to improve the anti-corrosion performance of water-based polyurethane(WPU)on Q235 steel in the solution with chlorine,taking isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polypropylene glycol 2000(PPG2000),organic Montmorillonite and corrosion inhibitors as the raw materials,OMMT/corrosion inhibitors composite modified WPU emulsion was synthesized.The electrochemical tests show that the electrochemical performance of WPU has been significantly improved by adding OMMT.When the addition is 3%,the performance is the best.However,the ternary corrosion inhibitor(Tween 40,phytic acid,L-histidine)has no significant effect on it.The further research shows that the electrochemical parameters of the ternary corrosion inhibitor/OMMT composite modified WPU is better than the single modification of the two substances.It indicates that there could be synergy effect.
