摘  要:为了提高环氧树脂胶黏剂的性能,提出超声辅助胶接的工艺方法。对环氧胶黏剂试样进行拉伸性能实验及胶黏剂断面裂纹分析,发现超声作用后胶体的胶接的强度和稳定性提高,并且胶层裂纹等缺陷因此得到改善。通过检测表征超声振动后的固化胶形态和结构,表明环氧树脂胶混合更加均匀,环氧树脂胶的交联密度变大,胶体组织结构有序性提高。热重分析表明超声作用后胶的热稳定性提高,可适用于温度更高的场合。从环氧胶黏剂组织结构的角度解释了超声振动改善胶层缺陷的机理。In order to improve the property of epoxy resin adhesive,ultrasonic vibration was applied to adhesive bonding.According to the bonding strength test and section crack analysis,it was found that the strength and stability of the adhesive bonding were improved,and the defects,such as,cracks in the adhesive layer were improved by ultrasonic treatment.The morphology and structure of the cured adhesive layer with ultrasound were characterized.The results show that the epoxy resin adhesive is mixed more evenly and the molecular chains become more structurally-ordered with the increase of the crosslink density of epoxy resin.The thermostability of the resin is improved with ultrasound by thermogravimetric analysis,which is more suitable for higher temperature.The mechanism of improving the defect of epoxy adhesive layer by ultrasonic vibration is analyzed from the perspective of the resin structure.
