摘 要:介绍了国内外极端环境医学现场实验平台的建设现状,讨论了极端环境医学现场实验平台建设的必要性及新疆军区建立极端医学现场实验平台所具备的条件和优势,详细阐明了沙漠戈壁干热极端环境医学现场实验平台、不同海拔高原环境医学现场实验平台、极端寒冷环境医学现场实验平台、极端环境反恐卫勤保障研究现场实验平台的建设情况。指出了现场实验平台和实验室模拟环境平台可进行优势互补,为国内极端环境军事医学和卫勤学的研究和成果转化提供特色平台,从而推动极端环境军事医学和卫勤学研究的发展。The present situation of the field experimental platform for extreme environment medicine(FEPEEM)in foreign countries and China was introduced,and the necessity and advantages for constructing a FEPEEM were discussed in Xinjiang Military Command.The statuses of several field experimental platforms were described in detail,including the ones for dry and hot extreme environmental medicine in the desert and Gobi,environmental medicine at different altitudes and plateaus,extreme cold environmental medicine and anti-terrorist medical service support in austere conditions.It's suggested the field experimental platform be combined with the laboratory simulation environment platform to accelerate the development of extreme environmental military medicine and military medical service in China.
