摘　　要：目的:设计一种用于俯卧位手术体位的可调式头架,以减少因体位因素造成的相关并发症。方法:可调式俯卧位头架由底板、底板导轨、上层导轨、支撑柱以及软体安装架等组成。底板中心为镜像表面,材质为亚克力。底板上固定连接4组底板导轨,每组底板导轨均可滑动连接一上层导轨,每一上层导轨均可滑动连接一支撑柱,每个支撑柱对应连接一个分支架,4个分支架组成软体安装架,软体安装架可承载一次性抑菌软体垫。一次性抑菌软体垫为被覆乳酸链球菌素肽纳米颗粒的一次性可透气海绵垫,由4个独立模块组成。结果:该可调式俯卧位头架可根据需要调整支撑面积和高度,提高了患者俯卧位时颜面部的舒适程度,避免了俯卧位手术压迫眼球造成的损伤和院内交叉感染。结论:该可调式俯卧位头架结构简单、使用可靠、功能完善,能为脊柱后路手术、后颅凹手术以及经皮肾镜碎石取石术等俯卧位术式提供帮助。Objective To design an adjustable headstock for prone surgical position to reduce complications associated with postural factors.Methods An adjustable prone headstock was developed,which consisted of a base plate,base plate rails,upper rails,support pillars and a soft mounting bracket.The base plate made of acrylic had a mirrored surface,which was fixedly connected with 4 groups of base plate rails;each group of base plate rails was slidably connected with an upper rail,and each upper rail was slidably connected with a support pillar;each support pillar was linked with a sub bracket,and four sub brackets formed a soft mounting bracket which carried a disposable anti-bacterial pad;the disposable anti-bacterial pad was made of breathable sponge coated with lactic acid streptococcal peptide nanoparticles,which was composed of four independent modules.Results The prone headstock developed could be regulated to acquire desired area and height,so that the patient comfort at prone position was enhanced and the eyeball compression injury due to prone position surgery and nosocomial cross infection were avoided.Conclusion The prone headstock developed gains advantages in structure,reliability and function,and facilitates the execution of prone position surgery such as posterior spinal surgery,posterior cranial concavity surgery and percutaneous nephrolithotripsy for stone removal.
