“信息茧房”负效应与网络思想政治教育引导作用探析

摘　　要：网络环境中“信息茧房”负效应可以概括为三点:第一,个体信息碎片化下的认知偏差;第二,个体“情绪偏爱”下的选择性接受;第三,群体效应影响下个体的非理性共享。具体表现为网络谣言、“后真相”时代的网络舆论发酵;网络泛娱乐化对主流意识形态话语权的消解;多元文化圈对个体特别是青少年文化认同、身份认同、传统人文精神塑造的挑战。网络思想政治教育作为互联网时代思想政治教育现代化的新形式,面对“信息茧房”负效应,亟须发挥引导作用:通过转变话语方式、思想价值引导突破网络社群固化;以社会主义核心价值观指导信息“把关人”和议程设置;强化网络法治意识;树立网络用户正确的文化消费观,促进拟态环境下精神文明建设,维护网络生态健康发展。The negative effects of the "information cocoons"in the network environment can be summarized as three points:first,information fragmentation leads to cognitive bias;second,the individual’s selective acceptance under"emotional preference";third,the irrational sharing by individuals under the influence of group effects,which is specifically manifested as the fermentation of public opinion caused by the Internet rumors and the"post-truth" era,the dispelling of the mainstream ideological discourse power by online pan-entertainment,the challenge of multiculturalism to the cultural identification,identity and traditional humanistic spirit of individuals,especially young people. Network ideological and political education,as a new form of the modern ideological and political education in the Internet era,should fully play a guiding role in the face of the negative effects of the"information cocoons",promoting the construction of spiritual civilization and maintaining the healthy development of the network ecology by changing the way of discourse and guiding the ideological value to breaking through the solidification of online communities,guiding the information "gatekeeper"and agenda setting with core socialist values,enhancing awareness of the law on the Internet,and helping Internet users to establish a correct cultural consumption view.
