摘　　要：装配式建筑是通过加工预制部品部件而在施工现场装配而成的建筑,是推动现代建筑业发展的一项重要变革与创新。以案例作引子,简要概括装配式建筑施工的优点,详细分析装配式建筑产业发展中存在的问题,提出装配式建筑产业发展的相应对策。Prefabricated building is a building that is assembled on site by processing prefabricated com⁃ponents.Prefabricated building is an important innovation in the development of modern construction industry.In this paper,the advantages of prefabricated building construction are briefly summarized with a case as the in⁃troduction,the problems and shortcomings in the development of prefabricated building industry are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding countermeasures for the development of prefabricated building industry are fur⁃ther put forward.
