摘  要:基于核电爆破阀及药筒驱动装置工作原理,建立了药筒驱动装置可靠性数学模型,采用应力-强度干涉法评估药筒驱动装置传火界面可靠性,并开展可靠性评估试验。结果表明药筒驱动装置传火界面可靠度R高于0.9999996981(γ=0.95),能够可靠保障核电机组安全运行。Based on the action principle of squib valve and cartridge assembly,the reliability mathematical model of cartridge assembly was built,and stress strength interference method was used to evaluate the reliability of cartridge assembly ignition interface.Meanwhile,the reliability evaluation test of cartridge assembly ignition interface were carried out.It was concluded that the reliability of cartridge assembly ignition interface is no less than 0.9999996981(γ=0.95),which can ensure the action of nuclear power unit.
